We will however, help in anyway we can, if you are having any difficulties downloading, or viewing your purchase. Your purchase, in most cases, will be available for download immediately, upon payment via Paypal, but please allow up to 24 hours. If you have not received your purchase within 24 hours, please contact us.
Paper Books. Our paper books (soft and hard cover) are sent anywhere in the world for free. Preloved books -returns will only be accepted for exchange or refund, in exceptional circumstances. All refunds and exchanges will be decided on a case by case basis. New books - refunds or exchanges will be granted if the book has a genuine fault, and is returned in the exact, new condition, as it left our shop. All decisions are final. In all cases when a return for exchange or refund is granted, the customer must pay for the return shipping. Easy-scripts.info will pay for the new item to be sent out.

*The downloads are mostly in .zip format. Winzip compresses files for quicker download. Most computers already have WinZip on them. *Once unzipped the ebook is usually in .pdf format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the ebook. Most computers also come with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
