1. How do I register?
Registration is free and easy. In the top horizontal menu, (just under our logo) click on 'Log In'. Fill in the form to create a new account.
2. Where do I find more information?
Please browse through our sitemap for a detailed list of links and pages on our site. The sitemap can be found by clicking on it in the left column under 'Information'.
3. Why are your ebooks so cheap?
Being an online store, we are able to bring you great savings on many popular ebooks and articles, as we do not have the expensive overheads of brick and mortar stores. What we save in overheads, allows us to reduce our profit margin, meaning we are able to sell our products much cheaper. Be assured you are still receiving a great quality product.
4. Who do I contact if I have a question or suggestion?
Our friendly staff welcome all feedback, questions and suggestions, and are always on hand to help. Send your messages via our contact form found in the left hand column, under 'Information'. Click Contact Us.
5. What payment methods does easy-scripts accept?
Paypal is our preferred payment method, as this allows for instant download of your purchase upon checkout and payment. We do also accept money order, bank deposit and cheque. Digital products will be emailed to you, if you choose one of these methods.
6. When will I receive my purchase?
If you have purchased a digital ebook or article, your download will be available as soon as payment has been received. Otherwise if you have purchased a 'paper' book or magazine, it will be sent via Australia Post. Delivery is usually within 5 working days.
